Services included:-
Tender Pricing/ Bills of Quantities - Whether you have been invited to price for a handful of plots, or perhaps 100+ plots, we are able to take the time-consuming task of trawling through endless drawings and housetypes off your hands and submit those tenders for you.
Preparation of Interim Valuations - Occasionally we are in a position to prepare interim valuations including carrying out necessary site visits to determine works complete.
Submission of Valuations - We are able to submit the prepared interim valuation to the client on your behalf.
Preparation of final accounts - If we have worked with you on a project from the beginning, we would be able to offer the service of preparing and submitting a final account to the client.
Material breakdowns - Overall plot quantities can be broken down into material bills of quantities for ordering purposes.
Lift splits for bricklayers, etc - We can break down plot quantites into lift splits if you need to put multiple gangs on the same house or block. Also, floor by floor breakdowns of quantities can be provided for drylining gangs, etc.
Trades Covered:-
Groundworks & Civil Engineering - Including plot groundworks (broken down into various stages as required by the client), adoptable sewers and culverts, adoptable carriageways and footways, mains services, P.O.S.works, Section 278 works, pumping stations and rising mains, etc.
Bricklaying - Full labour only, or labout and materials, quantities broken down into stages/ types/ plots as required by the client, including lift splits if required.
Carpentry - Full labour only quants broken down into stages/ plots as required by the client including floor joists, roof construction, 1st fix, 2nd fix, final fix, external doors, external cladding, garages, etc.
Painting & Decorating - Full labout only, or labour and materials, quantities broken down into stages/ plots as required by the client including external decoration, internal doors, skirting, windowboards, architrave, walls, ceilings, coving, etc.
Plastering & Drylining - Full labour only, or labour and materials, quantities broken down into stages/ plots as required by the client, for both traditional and timber or steel frame construction, for external and party walls, ceilings, partitions, insulation, rendering, etc. Floor by floor breakdowns can also be provided.
Floor screeding - Full labour only, or labour and materials, quantities broken down into stages/ plots as requested by the client.
